Our family plays a lot of FillOrBust and we all like to use our own set of dice. These dice will be the hit of the game - many different colors. There were a few small ones, and one very large one, but most were standard size. I definitely think the Pound of Dice is a good value.

Chessex makes awesome dice, and while I wanted to hand-pick a bunch that were up my alley, it was pretty pricey to do it that way. This pack of "factory seconds" doesn't compromise the coolness I was hoping for. Every one of my 134 dice is usable - some have obvious blemishes but with most of them I can't even find what's supposedly wrong with it. For the price, this is an excellent assortment, but your are at the mercy of which ever line had the most problems this week. My pack was heavy on purple swirlies with gold pips. I left a picture of my set in customer pictures.

The Combat Pad initiative tracker is the ultimate tool for managing combat in your favorite roleplaying game. It is a wet- and dry-erasable board with a steel core, so the included magnets stick right to it! It is portableabout the size of a sheet of paperso you can take it anywhere you're gaming. Use it to quickly and easily track turns. Write the PC's, enemies', and NPC's names on the player magnets using a wet- or dry-erase marker, then place them in initiative order. Use the blue magnets for PCs, black magnets for enemies, and green magnets for NPCs. Hash marks label positions 025, making it easy to put the magnets in the correct initiative order. When the order changes, simply slide the magnets to their new places. The turn indicator magnet points to whose turn it is; never accidentally skip someone again! As the round progresses, slide the turn indicator to point to the next player; its now that player's turn. At the end of the round, the turn indicator will point to the next round magnet. The next round magnet serves as a reminder to move the round indicator magnet. The round indicator points to the current round number, so you'll always know exactly which round it is! Write which round spells and effects expire in the notes section of the Combat Pad (e.g. "haste ends round 10"). Additionally, the notes section is a great place to record damage or anything else necessary to make combat run smoothly. For tactical groups, delaying and readying guides make it simple to synchronize attacksenemies beware! Slide the player magnet to the proper guide and avoid the confusion common with other initiative tracking methods. * Each Combat Pad includes: 1 magnetic wet- and dry-erase board * 2 combat round indicators * 8 player character magnets * 4 non-player character magnets * 8 enemy magnets * 2 next round indicators * 2 active turn indicators

This is actually a pretty handy little tool for any Dungeonmaster. The strength of each magnet is low enough that they slide around the board easily without falling off at every bump or tap. Writing on the board and magnets is quite easy as well.

The metal that is wedged between the cardboard sheets is sturdy and runs nearly edge-to-edge for maximum usability even with magnets that don't come in the original package (I added Fridge-Pins - Translucent Colors).

This tool was originally designed for D&D 3.5, but it works just fine with 4e as well. The only downside is some wasted space (at the edges and top) that could be better used for more notes or longer lists and, you will end up losing the smaller magnets sooner or later so you could end up buying the additional magnets later (not sold at Amazon!).

This is a very convenient product for GMs. I think it isn't absolutely necessary, but it sure makes things easier. The only caveat is that fine tip dry erase pens are almost as expensive as this game aid.
